on and off the net. A hobby is an activity that you do for
fun. Many times a hobby is a self-directed process where
you can carve out your own approach based on your own interests
and desires. Basically, there is no right or wrong way to
approach a hobby. Just do it the way you like.
In the past, a hobby was not a profession or an activity
that held the possibility for financial reward. This has
changed over recent years with some hobbies now offering
contests and tournaments with stakes reaching significant
levels. Poker comes to mind but some none too obvious examples
also include Scrabble tournaments and Cooking contests.
